My 8yo couldn't assemble this himself. I don't expect him to, but mentioning this fact. It took me almost all day (with breaks in between each of the 4 bags) to put this together. Some parts were confusing but nothing I couldn't figure out in a few minutes. It's an amazing build, and looks awesome when you're done. I was quite satisfied once completed. My son wants to play with it, and it's for him. I'm sad to say it's not holding up to get gentle play, and I expected at least that The landing gear pops off every few minutes, and then the green tops keep bending up and popping off. It's a heavy plane, I think the weight of the wings make it difficult to do anything but look at it. Hoping I can find a way to get it to stick together best as my kiddo really loves it and is super into WWII planes.
