I am so disappointed. I received my aligners 3 weeks ago and have been using this cleaning device twice a day for the past 3 weeks. I was so happy with that. It suddenly stopped clicking when I turned it on, and it didn't either when I turned it off. It used to turn off after 10 minutes, now it turns off after 7 minutes. As you can see in the video, the settings option no longer works. It is bound to this parameter. The hum sounds a little different too. I have a small bathroom and didn't have room for the box it came in so I threw it away. I want to keep it so I can return it and ask for a new one. I still have 5 ½ months of treatment ahead of me. Edit: A few days after submitting my review, the UV light started to fade. Don't waste your money on this device! Edit #2: The UV lamp worked less than a month after I used it. I can't believe I wasted my money on this device.
