I've done my best to highlight some of the pros and cons in my review video, but I'd add that the company hasn't responded in any way to the software that came with it. Even for those who are new to 3D printing, there is absolutely no explanation other than setting up how to print properly and avoiding common problems. It took a lot of trial and error to even come close to understanding this. After a few online tutorials, I was able to fix the vast majority of printing errors, but in the process I also discovered that this particular machine lacked features that are standard on many other printers. This is a good start though, just make sure you know what you're getting into!
