The ability for my team members at different locations across Canada as well in our head office have instant access through an app or computer browser allowing them flexibility anytime any where which saves us time when we are out doing field work! I wish there was more features available such as being able to track inventory easily but this feature may be costly depending upon what level you want it upgraded too. If budgeting permits then go ahead however if not look into other similar solutions they do offer some great benefits without breaking bank account!! We use W&R one mainly because its user friendly plus allows multiple employees from all over can log-in using their mobile devices therefore reducing errors caused by logging onto computers/laptops etc.,.
