Toss Them in the Fridge

I openly admit I’m totally into these gooey face masks. They’re weird. They’re easy. They’re fun. These AHC Aqua Essential masks have all kinds of goodies in them with a huge line-up of extracts to pamper and please. I am one of those people who rinse off the product after treatment, so I can’t attest to it’s ongoing effectiveness or texture once the mask has been removed and the liquid has been air-dried on the skin. I just rinse my face off with water and call it good. The masks are extremely hydrating. With a simple water splash, my skin feels soft and moisturized. I don’t follow up with any other moisturizer afterward. There’s no odd smell, the cotton mask itself is gentle, and the fact that you have to chill them out in the refrigerator before you use them make these masks extra ‘cool’. The pouch has enough product in it to glide the excess down the neck and across the chest—two neglected areas in skincare. I do think they might be a tab bit pricey for a single use, but if you split one pouch up into thirds and use the remaining product sans the cotton mask part and just simply apply it, then the splurge is so worth it.
