Review on Eqyss Premier Marigold Scent Equine Spray - Nourishes Skin and Coat by Brett Slater

This is a nice, nicely flavored version of a non-toxic fly killer, but I'm only giving it 3 stars because it only works for a few hours, after which the flies flock back. Do horses a favor by switching from a terribly toxic, pesticide-laden typical horsefly spray to this natural repellent. An added bonus is that everyone complimented how great my boy smelled. I've even used a little of this spray on myself while working in the stables or on the rides and it has successfully repelled those pesky critters. But since I only visit my boy once a day, about 22 hours pass between applications. This spray only seems to work for 3-6 hours. I came back the next day and the flies were swarming around him. To make matters worse, the flies and mosquitoes attacked him so badly that he ended up having a couple of expensive vet visits to treat habronema (open sores caused by flies/mosquitoes putting their eggs in his eyes , lips and urethra of the horse). I'm back with super toxic fly spray as I never want my boy to ever suffer from those horrible egg laying bugs again!
