Let me just say I love this laptop bag that I need because I fly. 2. The seller is phenomenal - received one on Tuesday, I realized the zippers would get stuck and there would be a delay getting my laptop through security so I requested an online return/refund. They sent out a new product to people THIS DAY! So I went to my local Kolya and they took it off me and I got my new one THE NEXT DAY! Phenomenal! The main reason I bought this is because it has 2 top zippers that open the bag 3/4 and there is a strong silk fabric bumper to keep items in the bag while giving you full access to items to have. So far I've only seen this on bags bought in Italy. I have attached photos so you can see what the features are. I like a few: a padded laptop compartment with a large, durable Velcro strap; The area is large enough for my 15.6 inch Chromebook with room for easy access and retrieval. It also has various internal pockets to hold my pens, distraction magazine and phone. In addition, there are 2 outer full body pockets (lined) - one is attached with a zip and on a solid hidden button. Durable, travel-efficient bag. This beautiful, feminine laptop bag is designed to make me look cute and efficient at the same time. Buy one - you won't regret it! PS - I will do an update in about 6 months after a few flights so you know if there were any quirks with the bag.
