I really like these headphones. I like that they are truly wireless - they have a long range, longer than my other Bluetooth headphones. The sound is good (I listen to audio books) and I love how they can turn down the volume when I need it. They fit my ear perfectly and I have awfully small ear canals, so that's saying something. I also like the magnetic feature that "grabs" them when I put them in the case. The charger is a nice touch as well as the USB direct charging option. Their only downside is that they are badly placed left and right. I wish there was a volume up/down option on the earbud itself, but it's quite small so I don't know where they put it. They turn on right out of the case and, even better, connect to my phone instantly. Other Bluetooth headphones I have take a while to find an available pairing source, but they're really fast. The actual earbuds charge inside the case, so you need to charge the case the same way you charge the earbuds. You can do them at the same time or separately. I've found that they charge faster if you use the straight cable method. The battery life is only about 2-3 hours for me and the low battery reminder pops up every 20 seconds and can be really annoying! I think the best is the customer service. When one of the magnets in mine died on one side and the left earbud stopped charging, I emailed the company and they immediately sent me another pair. I liked them so much that I ordered another pair for my daughter. There were many. I would recommend them.
