Review on 🧱 Exploring New LEGO Adventures with Building Interactive Technology by Dev Gotoda

We love Lego around our house and also love Super Mario Brothers and we thought it would be a no-brainer to buy. One of my biggest concerns is that the Mario figure is only included in an overpriced set. But honestly, every set in this series is overpriced and has little to no value. One of the most frustrating parts is that you have to download an app to get instructions on how to build the kit. The instruction booklet is also one of my favorite parts from childhood and collects them. I'm also not happy about having to stick a screen on my kid's face when all parents are just figuring out the screen time battle. I know Lego is trying to include apps in this set as well as the Hidden Side series, but that defeats the purpose of buying a physical toy to distract the child from the screen. I thought the Lego Movie 2 was one of the worst Lego series, but the Super Mario series was without a doubt pure profit, an uncharacteristic Lego rip-off.
