Review on Dorence by Justin Kautzman

I was thrilled to discover Dorence and their enormous variety of tools and supplies as a new DIY enthusiast. My encounter, however, was utterly disappointing. The door hardware I bought didn't fit correctly, the locks I bought weren't very good, and the selection of hardware was overwhelming but lacking. Customer support was useless and uncaring about my problems. I won't be using Dorence again for any potential home maintenance requirements. Shop elsewhere to avoid the aggravation.
