I'm a L'Oreal fan and enjoy their products. However, this misses the target. Saturated with alcohol, it does not leave a visible shine on the hair, but only dries them due to the abundance of alcohol. It left a small glow on the skin but not like other products for this purpose. When using on skin, be sure to moisturize before applying. In general, this product does not deliver.
