I have bought this pack of straws twice and we love them! We use them for cocktails, iced coffee, all drinks. I haven't used them in hot drinks but I'm sure they will work well with that too. You definitely want to hand wash them and wash them shortly after use, or at least give them a good rinse with hot water right after use. Postponing washing with soap until late, I just feel like it extends the life of the straws. We used Kroger disposable plastic straws before we got them and we used several a day so I saved a lot of money and a lot of plastic by buying these and it's the best little change you can make for can make the planet. I love the single straw tote that you can take to restaurants or Starbucks. We've had ours for over 6 months now and the only reason I wanted to order more was because I left them in the rinse water from time to time. and they began to wear out. But that was only one or two of them. The main thing is to let them dry after use. So the investment is worth it! I love this company and this product!
