These gloves do what I bought them for: keep my hands warm on very cold mornings when I commute to work. In any other container with wind, water, or even a slight breeze, they would be useless. First of all, there can be no question of a "cotton lining”. Second, gloves are literally two pieces of microfiber sewn together. That's all. Huge seams are present on the inside where they connect the two parts, so much so that the gloves can be annoying to wear. The rigid outer label attaches to the glove simply by stitching it through one of the seams, while the rough label sticks out inside the glove. Third, they appear to be very cheap - very loose, sloppy fingers and a lot of extra fabric. They come with a nice big 'Made in China' stamp on one side of the bag. They work for the job I have planned and are not expensive at all. Two stars. However, the feel, look and construction of the gloves are very simple to the extreme. The picture on Revain reminds me of those fast food cheeseburgers you see on TV that never look so good when you get them in a restaurant!
