Funny gift clothes, shoes and jewelry

I got this as a birthday present for my adult son. We are both Treks. It is very solid and has some weight. When he arrived he counted the time, but he was an hour late. I have no idea how to set it up because the stem won't pull out. My son loved it and that was important to me.
