You can easily search for any keywords or phrases in your entire organization's documents, no matter what software they were created with. The program also allows you to scan multiple files at once so that it is easier to pinpoint specific details about them (e.g., dates). Sometimes I have had trouble finding things when scanning large quantities of information. For example, if there aren't enough results returned by my query, then sometimes it shows me less than 10 results rather than zero as intended. It scans quickly and smoothly but it does not always give correct answers. We use this program primarily to locate financial statements, contracts, and other important paperwork which could include sensitive information like customer names or addresses.
- This product makes searching within our massive amounts o f paper easy since we are able find exactly where everything resides without having access directly into each individual file/folder stored here; thus allowing us more time focusing attention elsewhere instead! Also helps keep track who has accessed certain records while keeping all info securely locked away from prying eyes until needed great way get everyone working together efficiently again!! :) : )
