I bought this to give my wild, mischievous corgis some freedom when we are in the park/outdoors. This is a great leash and I am 100% glad I bought it. It's hard work, and it has endured being dragged through mud and grass, being accidentally dunked (by my dog, not me), and being wrapped around a tree. It washes very well without fraying. My only complaint (which really has nothing to do with the rental itself) is that our little one is so small that the leash kept getting caught on his legs and he hobbled around a bit. The clamp was heavy and held the line where he kept getting his feet caught in it. But again, it's not the leash's fault, it's something to remember if you have a light and low rider like me. For a larger dog (or at least normal sized legs) I don't see that as a problem. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my purchase, as is my dog. He loves the freedom to sniff and wallow in gross, smelly things without me knowing, and I love being able to take him to other places without worrying about him running away.
