Review on VagaryLight by Patrick Goodrich

I'd like to express how dissatisfied I am with VagaryLight as a company after purchasing a ceiling fan from them recently. The shipment was first late by many weeks, and then it arrived broken. The support staff was completely useless; they were nasty and uninterested in hearing my issues. In addition, the product's quality was poor, since the fan emitted an annoying noise when activated and its blades wobbled erratically. I had to pay more money to have a professional fix it and put it in. The website's poor usability and convoluted checkout process didn't help issues much. VagaryLight seems to care more about making money than it did about satisfying its clients. VagaryLight as a whole was a terrible experience for me. I will never shop with this company again nor will I ever suggest them to anyone else. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid VagaryLight at all costs.
