Okay, a piece is missing.
I bought this chair to use as a desk. When it arrived it was in perfect condition but a part was missing. It was missing a handle that goes underneath to prevent scratches. It was very annoying. So I tried calling the number on the brochure to return it but to no avail. When I called this number I received a voice message saying the number was no longer in service. Also very annoying. However, it is very convenient. My advice: get a similar one, but definitely not this brand.
