My workout area is in the basement and is great in the summer. It's cold in winter, and when I'm doing a more relaxed workout like yoga instead of barre or weights, I don't warm up enough for the short sleeves to be comfortable. This long sleeve top worked well. It didn't make me cold, but it allowed me to move without restricting my movements. They fit well and I like the tie option on the back. You can leave it open if you don't mind the shirt riding up as you do more upside down poses, or you can tie it and the shirt will stay in place most of the time.
