I like that it's easy enough for people who know little about computers or technology as well those with advanced knowledge! It does exactly what you need in order to convert leads into customers without any issues at this time. Other than that there are not many things i dislike since it has everything one needs from sales management up until invoicing of clients. If your looking for something thats easy of use then octopushas got nothing bad to say. From AIPCRM we have been able to track our pipeline very easily through their system which helps us keep tabs on where current prospects stand so far along in each stage of the buying process.
