They seemed like a lot, but when I opened them I was dismayed to see that there were about 2/3 to 3/4 OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer ) goods that I already have. And that BEFORE washing! So I'm really scared of machine washing them, which is ironic since I bought them specifically so I can just toss them in a HOT wash like I do with my original pads. Aside from the difference in size, the material is different and not as absorbent or ribbed as the OEM Bissell pads, and the cut seams and edges are not as good as the OEM pads. In particular, the seams are not sewn evenly and the stitch used is too long and loose for the intended use of these items.
