This is a lovely shape and if you are only using it for ice cream it works great. It's not as high quality as most molds I have. I have bought several forms of GRAINRAIN and they are all much better. This mold has rough spots, the antenna is too rough and flimsy to work properly, and the silicone isn't as nice as the other molds I've had. How this form works with the following substances: EIS: works great! Winner! Makes beautiful ice decorations float in your punch bowl. CHOCOLATE: NO! No matter how you tap it, the chocolate won't flow into all the grooves. Chocolate has to be pushed into the antenna and even then it often breaks. I haven't had this experience with other forms. Soap: Works a little better than chocolate, but still not a great product. Some parts of the mold are well detailed and other parts are very rough and the finished soap looks odd.
