Terrible product! I'm glad the return was easy :)
Can't control the heat - burnt hair. I came back after the first use - luckily it was easy but my hair is still damaged. It's supposed to be an iron and curling iron combo, but the iron gets so hot I don't know how to use it as a curling iron without burning the ends of your hair. It might work for someone with very thick hair, but the advert says it can be used at different temperature settings for different hair types. No mention in the minimum instructions accompanying the package. Disappointing experience.
