Perfect fit, fluffy as hell
It was absolutely perfect for my 1 year old girl! She giggled and loved playing with it and stuffing it in her mouth. An absolutely beautiful birthday outfit that should grow with her over time as she develops. The tutu was fluffy, the elastic was not tight at all and held and held all the stars as she ran (hand in hand), crawled and flopped on the floor.
