At first I thought Braun was promoting replacement blades as another way to make money, but the old set of blades eventually broke and I had to buy new ones What a difference what a difference!As the old set wore out the shave became harder, took longer and was more uncomfortable.The problem was that it happened so gradually that I didn't even notice.First shave after they were done new blades fitted it was a revelation - smooth, no tension - just like when the shaver was new (but I forgot). If you have a Braun with old blades replacing these can make a world of difference in comfort and performance .
