The best part about using workdesk virtual desktops, it's not just that we can use all our resources from anywhere but also there isn't any need for physical servers or hardware infrastructure as everything happens online so no worries if your desktop gets crashed! If I could suggest something would be more customization options like multiple users with their own profile etc., this will definitely help us save time while managing remote teams because once one user logs into his/her account he has access to other team members' accounts too without asking them personally. We have been able solve many issues related working remotely through its features such as file transfer between 2 people who were sitting next each others physically (we used Skype) via sharing files directly within an app called Dropbox - very useful especially when someone was sick and couldn’t come office!!
