During one of those rushed episodes, one of the straps broke. The band comes with two straps so it's still very functional. My son was still wearing his gizmo with no problem after the strap broke. After the bracelet broke I contacted the company and asked how I could get a new bracelet. I was totally willing to pay for a new one. In less than a week, a whole new group approached me. I was pleasantly surprised to see the new band and not just the strap. All this with a simple email request and at no extra cost to me. This company endorses their product. If you are trying to choose between this group and another company's group, select that company. They stand behind their products!
