Ideal for tossing a pack in the glove compartment, next to the bed, on the desk in the office, in my carry on when traveling etc. They aren't that different from other well-known brands I've used. I have never found the packaging unsealed and dry. They are not too wet or perfumed, they just need to be brushed with a nice fresh scent and leave no residue. I saw other reviews that they shorted. When it arrived I laid them out in ten rows of ten for the picture and had 3 extras. I've used others that are much larger, soapier, and more expensive. Although they are used in extreme cases, in most cases you just want to wipe the mysterious oil off your hand after touching a subway pole without going to the bathroom. Or if you eat airplane food or packaged food when traveling and just want more than one napkin.
