They should replace the stock floor mats because I wanted to keep the original floor mats in pristine condition. It's not uncommon for manual transmission cars to have holes in the floor mats due to foot position (I'm one of those people). So I bought them instead of branded 3D mats. I'm not disappointed at all. The environment was great. It's a thinner material but I don't see that as a problem as rubber/plastic has a higher density. There is a small problem with the fact that they are deformed due to the packaging. I'm sure they should be back to their original shape once in the car, I'll update accordingly.
