it works but gets too hot to notice

Connect your gaming laptop to an 8K capable Samsung TV via the HDMI port, it flashes at 8K-60 as expected by its specification. Plug and Play, BUT: 1. Try to play HDCP content, it stops working; 2. Working after 10 minutes, very hot; 3. it becomes visibly hot, touch it gently; can be burned; If it gets hot, stop using it.
