I bought this sweater in a size larger than I normally would so that I could wear it as an oversized, slouchy sweater over another top. It fits the bill! The sweater is loose fitting and the diamond pattern on the sleeves makes for a nice contrast from the solid design of the body. The sleeves also have a rather large cuff that will keep them from hanging down too far on your wrist if you want a larger, looser fit (as I did). The four buttons are also slightly oversized and are an attractive feature. The material is somewhat thin, so the sweater can be worn over another shirt without being too heavy. The care instructions recommend "line drying" but I think it would also work just as well to lay flat to dry.
