I bought a set of 112 bristle locks from Picasso Tiles but at first I thought there were 15 pieces missing. It was in a box and the parts were sealed in plastic. The first thing I did was count the number of 'pieces' after opening the box and unfortunately 8 pieces (wheels) counted as 24 pieces if the wheels ever came apart. Mind you when you take the wheel apart it's only 4 pieces but it's advertised as 3 pieces.
