I have purchased this item from Ulta several times and it does not perform like the product I purchased from Ulta. Texture, aroma and effect are not the same. The shampoo foams like drugstore shampoo. Compared to the Pro Hair purchased from Ulta, the smell is not the same. I asked for a replacement. Maybe this batch was close to its expiry date?. But when you buy it from Ulta, the potency, scent and texture for medium to coarse hair are amazing. Moisturizes and shines without weighing it down.
