Great platform for sending mass communication services
The ease of use is what I like best about this service - it was very simple to get up an running with our clients' accounts once we had signed them into ours (and vice versa!). We were able to send out messages from my computer without having to download any apps or plugins; just using standard web browser functionality that anyone has access too. As far as support goes though? You're not going to have much luck if you need help while setting something else up. If all someone needs is some assistance getting everything working together then sure, but otherwise expect long delays when trying to resolve issues via chat/email etc., even after paying extra fees. Our goal is to increase user retention by keeping people informed regarding upcoming events at work through email blasts sent directly to each person who signs up to receive those emails.

- It's easy for me personally because there are no complicated steps required in order set up your account before sending mass communications! There isn't anything special needed either so everyone can do their part regardless of technical background level which makes things really convenient overall..even more than other services such as Mailchimp where setup requires certain software installation processes prior to sign ups being allowed.not necessary here!! :)
- Support options seem limited compared others available online today
