It actually has a reducing and preventative effect!
To be honest I didn't have high hopes for this product because I've heard that nothing can really reduce existing stretch marks. I bought this to prevent further stretch marks during my second pregnancy but figured I'd rub it into my old ones too. and I was shocked that the old ones are disappearing! Serious! I can hardly say I had them when I got tanned last summer and they were so noticeable. Now I'm tanned again, but barely visible marks. Highly recommended!
