We debated buying a toaster for a long time before settling on this one, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The hue is a lovely complement to the current kitchen decor. Before its first use, they followed the manual to a T, driving it to idle three times. This eliminated the plastic smell as effectively as if it had been done by hand. Normal frying time for me is between three and four minutes. Additionally, I'd like to laud the efficient work of the Kitfort app's support team in fixing the guarantee problem. The value is there, and the shipment arrived promptly. Very satisfied with the purchase; enthusiastic recommendation.
