This is a reliable little lock. The pin slides right through one of the holes in your front disc, depresses the lock, it beeps and releases when someone shakes the bike and stops it from rolling. Between that and the handlebar lock, the only way to move the bike without setting off the alarm is to physically lift it, and even then it will likely work. Just a level of protection that's nice to have when parking in certain spots or overnight when it deters anyone interfering with your drive.
