A Disappointing Interaction With Customer Service

I was very dissatisfied with my recent purchase from this online shop of a small kitchen appliance. The item was damaged upon arrival, and it was obviously not of the grade I had hoped for. I tried to get in touch with their customer service department, but I only got unhelpful and rude answers. I felt like I was being held responsible for the harm, and no viable options for fixing the problem were presented to me. Overall, dealing with Hurom America Inc was a very stressful and unsatisfying experience for me. In the future, I won't be referring any of my friends or family to this shop.
