Excellent purchase. Ignore negative reviews.

Ignore the negative reviews. This is a great purchase. Nothing wrong with the volume as some people complain about it. I use a doorbell and it's great. A friend of mine I care about has Parkinson's and doesn't speak well, so she wears this around her neck and presses the button when she needs something. The main unit is in the middle of the living room and is loud enough to be heard throughout the house. I am very happy with this purchase.
