Quite expensive doorstop I think
Same experience. When I first removed the tripod, a tiny plastic gasket in one of the locking mechanisms fell out, preventing the leg from unlocking. I sent the defective legs back and got replacements and the same thing happened immediately. It's hard to believe that this obviously poor product design went through research and development, let alone that it's still commercially available. Absolutely useless as a tripod. However, mine is now used literally as a doorstop and overall does a great job.
