Since this is my first mechanical keyboard, I don't have anything else with which to contrast it. All of the issues are rather minor, and overall it's a good keyboard for the price. The buttons are nice, although they are noisier than membrane (my first mechanical keyboard), and the switches are gateron yellow. - A massive concrete keyboard with a lot of weight. You have control over the volume, as well as other aspects, by using Fn. The list of available macros is extensive, and you even have the option to add your own. - Detachable cable. Below are some downsides: - The backlight lags in certain modes when synchronization is turned on. It appears as though the mode is not running at "60 frames per second," but rather as a slideshow running at "1 frames per second." You simply have to deactivate the sync feature. If you thread the cable through the side, the long plastic component will ensure that it is securely clamped at the place where it connects to the keyboard. - The official Keyrox program may occasionally hang in the tray despite having heavily loaded percents (ranging from 5 to 20 percent) for no apparent reason.
