Wife's review - Absolutely the best. pots. Is always. If you think about it, just stop thinking and buy it. I've got stainless steel, copper plating, teflon, you name it, I've tried. Some I love, some I hate. These pans exceeded my expectations right out of the box. They are heavy and not easy to knock over. The lids have rubber around them and a small vented patch. The first use was for parboiled rice - it worked great. The second attempt - scrambled eggs - no problem. The perfect omelette. Third - bacon - does not stick, does not scratch. Very easy to clean. Nothing sticks! Holds the heat very well. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!
