Used twice - now doesn't work at all
I've had this product for about a month. It took me a while to open it but after that it was so easy to plug in and use. That was great. Used one day - perfect. Tried it another day and it worked perfectly. Came back after lunch and tried to charge the phone; didn't work anymore. I figured it might be loose or something, so I unplugged everything and put it back together. There are no dice. It's not worth it. Do not buy.
