Review on Charger Bosch C1 black by Stanisaw Lewczuk ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I did not regret the purchase, everything is fine.

Most importantly, understand what are you buying and why? They cannot "cheer up" a dead battery at 0. It does not perform a discharge-charge and recovery cycle, like its fellow BOSCH C7. The problem of sulfation of plates in banks cannot be solved by them. His hobby is safe and reliable, to fill up your battery. This is especially true in winter, or when the battery is old and has lost a significant residual capacity. When the AZU switches from the "CHARGE" mode (yellow) to "OK" mode (full), do not rush to turn it off. Leave for a few more hours, and if possible, then a day or two. He is not able to fill the battery for a couple of hours! Although the indication will go to the "OK" mode. But by switching to this mode (green indicator), AZU continues to issue 14-14.5 V to the battery Thus, "stuffing" it. I have AZU BOSCH C7 and C1, as well as "VYMPEL 57". Each of them is good in their own way. Charging C1 has been working in the field for many years. Charges batteries from 17 Ah to 132 Ah (two or three days). Satisfied with the product. For its purposes, it's not bad at all. Does not require knowledge and experience in operation. Easy to manage. I plugged it into a power outlet, put it on the battery terminals of your car, without even disconnecting or removing the battery every time, pressed the button - the process started. Quietly left overnight in the garage.

Pros
  • Reliability. Bosch brand. Safety. Ease of use. Simplicity in management. Does not require skill and knowledge.
Cons
  • This is an AZU - a full "automatic". There is no manual adjustment for Current and Voltage. Automation does not allow you to charge a very dead battery. There is no recovery mode. Desulfation.
