Great if you have space. These balls don't respond well to short chips, there isn't enough slippage to swing slowly and get under the ball, the clubhead is foam and engages instantly, which a real golf ball doesn't tend to cause small slow chips to hit the ball send into a more linear shot-type drive, or they go too far to oscillate. Plastic exercise balls are much better suited to situations like working out in the garage, these (foam) balls are great for something like a full blown sand wedge in the backyard. if you have space They have a great feel if you can rock 75% or more, and they go really deep in the foam.
