I bought this sweater for my husband because 1. he wears only crewneck sweaters 2. he has trouble finding wool sweaters in a crewneck and 3. he hates bulky sweaters or those with designs. Yes, he is a picky sweater wearer. He really likes this one, but he probably wouldn't if he weren't slender. He wears a large primarily because of the width of his shoulders and the length of his arms, and this sweater fits over his shirts without excess fabric.
