Only lasted 3 years. Very disappointed.
I have only had this vacuum cleaner for 3 years and it has broken several times. I bought a Dyson many years ago and it has been amazing - it has lasted 12 years. The newer ones consist of more brittle plastic parts. First a piece broke off, so that it no longer stood upright when not in use. Another piece has now broken, leaving the hose unconnected at the bottom and now unusable. Very disappointed with how expensive it is. I would not recommend or buy a Dyson anymore.
