After three days of use, a creaking sound could be heard when bending over and twisting in the chair after it had been in operation. Everyone is told by AeroCool that the squeak may be remedied by applying lubricant to the fasteners and then tightening them. I do not believe that this is something that is particularly important, and I would be willing to accept such a remedy of defects if it were a one-time process. My squeak, however, has resurfaced a week after I tightened the screws, albeit it is slightly less noticeable than it was before. It appears that I will have no choice but to rely on lubrication at this point, it makes no difference. However, if this is sufficient for a week, I will have a significant amount of disappointment in such a fantastic chair, and I will then direct queries toward the maker, which may be followed by a return. Another thing that I just don't get is that occasionally, and only sometimes, when you sit down in a chair, the gas lift will go down by around 5–7 centimeters. This only happens sometimes. Despite the fact that I weigh 89 kilograms, I do not believe that this is related to my weight because it only occurs on occasion. Are you saying that this is a marriage, AeroCool, if you happen to read this review? And do you think the problem could get much worse? Should I submit a replacement application?
