20 seconds instead of 20 minutes as stated in the base melting guide
Well packaged. It looked very nice when it arrived. However, there is a big mistake in the instructions. It says it takes 20 minutes to melt the base in the microwave. The pitcher melted in 2 minutes and made a mess in our microwave. Thank goodness I was looking after my 11 year old daughter otherwise it would have been a huge disaster in 20 minutes. In the end she only made 7 very small soaps.
