Because I am an expert in do-it-yourself projects, I am constantly looking for high-quality home decor products, and because of this, I was delighted to test out AUSTOR. Having said that, my experience with their items was not in the least bit satisfying. I was hoped that by purchasing a set of their artificial plants, I would be able to bring a little bit of nature into my home office. Sadly, the plants I ordered turned out to be of very low quality when they arrived. They gave off an impression of being of low quality and artificial, and the stems were weak and readily bent out of shape. In addition, the products did not live up to the expectations set forth on the website. The colors of the plants did not look to be as brilliant as they did online, and the sizes of the plants were significantly less than what was advertised. It was obvious that AUSTOR was utilizing less efficient methods in their production process in order to reduce expenses. To make matters even worse, customer service was unresponsive and useless throughout the entire process. When I tried to contact them to let them know how dissatisfied I was, I was treated with excuses and a complete lack of concern for the issues I was having. It was very evident that they had no interest in either addressing the problem or assuring the satisfaction of the consumer. As a result of my experiences, I am unable to give AUSTOR a positive recommendation. If you are seeking for home decor items, you should steer clear of working with this firm due to the low quality of their products and the unresponsiveness of their customer support. As someone who is an expert in do-it-yourself projects, I would suggest looking in other internet retailers for authentic home decor products of high quality.
